Witaj w HugoFamily

Aplikacja nie używa haseł. Zamiast tego wyśle Ci bezpieczny link na e-mail — klikniesz i jesteś w środku.

1. Open the sign-in page and type your email.
2. Dotknij Wyślij link.
3. Open the email on the same device and tap the link.
4. Done — you're signed in. The link is short-lived and works only once.

Besides the magic link you can use a passkey — Face ID, a fingerprint, or a security key. Setup happens inside the app.

1. Open Me → Add a passkey.
2. Read the short explanation and tap Add passkey.
3. Potwierdź w oknie systemowym (Face ID / odcisk / PIN).
4. After saving you return to your profile. You can remove the key anytime in the same section.

You can save the app to your home screen as an icon — it then opens full-screen, just like a normal app.

Easiest way: in the app open Me and tap Add to Home Screen. On Android the install prompt appears right away; on iPhone a short guide walks you through adding it via Safari.

Get alerts for new tasks, shopping-list changes, and family events — even when the app is closed. You turn notifications on yourself.

1. Open Me (your profile).
2. W sekcji Powiadomienia dotknij Włącz powiadomienia i potwierdź w oknie systemowym.
3. Wybierz typy powiadomień i opcjonalnie ciche godziny — czasy są liczone w strefie czasowej rodziny (ustawia rodzic w Ustawienia).

There are two lists: Daily for quick shopping and Weekly for the big shop with a store plan.

1. Na dole wybierz Dzienna lub Tygodniowa.
2. Dotknij dużego przycisku + w prawym dolnym rogu.
3. Wpisz, co chcesz kupić. Możesz dodać ilość, cenę i sklep.
4. Zapisz przyciskiem Dodaj. Po zakupie odznaczasz produkt przesunięciem lub przyciskiem Kupione.

Rodzina i wyżej Zadania pomagają rodzinie pamiętać, co trzeba zrobić — z terminem, priorytetem i osobą odpowiedzialną.

1. Dotknij Zadania na dole.
2. Dotknij + w prawym dolnym rogu.
3. Wpisz tytuł zadania. Opcjonalnie dodaj opis, termin, priorytet, kategorię i komu należy zadanie.
4. Zapisz przyciskiem Dodaj zadanie. Ukończone zadanie odznaczasz przyciskiem Ukończone ✓.

Tylko rodzice Rodzice mogą edytować listę kategorii oferowanych podczas tworzenia i filtrowania zadań.

1. Under Settings, open Manage task categories.
2. Dodaj nową kategorię przez + lub wybierz Edytuj przy istniejącej.
3. Zadania pozostaną w rodzinie, ale będą bez kategorii.

Rodzina i wyżej Rodzinny portfel kart lojalnościowych — bezpiecznie zapisane kody, skanowanie z kamery i duży kod kreskowy przy kasie. Zarządzają nimi rodzice.

1. On the home screen open the HugoCards module or go from the shopping list.
2. Rodzic dodaje kartę ręcznie lub przez Skanuj kartę.
3. Przy kasie dotknij karty i pokaż kod kreskowy na pełnym ekranie.

Rodzina Plus Shared colour sticky notes — a short message for the whole family, pin on the home screen, optional expiry.

1. On the home screen open the HugoNotes module.
2. Tap +, write a short message, and pick a colour.
3. You can pin a note to the home screen or set an expiry date.

Rodzina Plus Meal ideas from the whole family, a parent-controlled weekly plan, and ingredients to shopping after you confirm.

1. Open the HugoMeals module on the home screen.
2. Dodaj pomysł na posiłek; inni mogą głosować.
3. Parents plan the week and, after confirming, send ingredients to shopping.

Rodzina i wyżej A personal journal for measurements and notes — weight trends, goals, and calm charts. Not a medical app.

1. Open the HugoJournal module and add an entry (e.g. weight).
2. W trendach śledź wykresy i ustaw cel.
3. Dorośli mają też prywatną sekcję intymną — zaszyfrowaną, poza wykresami; dzieci nie mają do niej dostępu.

Rodzina Plus Tygodniowy rytuał kieszonkowego: dzieci odhaczają pomoc, rodzice zamykają i oceniają tydzień — i przypisują dowolną kwotę.

1. Rodzic otwiera HugoPocket i ustawia podstawowe zadania (lub przechodzi przewodnik).
2. W ciągu tygodnia dzieci oznaczają wykonaną pomoc i mogą dodać jednorazowe dodatkowe zadania.
3. Rodzic zamyka tydzień, ocenia i przypisuje kieszonkowe — potem tydzień jest zablokowany.

HugoFamily ma trzy plany. Rodzic zarządza nimi w Ustawieniach.

• Za darmo — daily and weekly shopping lists, up to two stores, two members.
• Rodzina — tasks, loyalty cards, HugoJournal, offline reading, and more members.
• Rodzina Plus — HugoNotes, HugoMeals, HugoPocket, zapis offline, wtyczka AI, Home Assistant i więcej.

Upgrade or manage your subscription under Settings → Subscription and plan. Locked modules on the home screen lead to the plans overview.

After installing to your home screen, HugoFamily can work without a network — depending on your plan.

• Rodzina i wyżej — odczyt offline ostatnio otwartych list, kart i notatek.
• Rodzina Plus — offline write (mark items bought, complete tasks) and queue management in Settings.

Kolejką oczekujących zmian zarządzają rodzice w Ustawienia → Kolejka offline.

Tylko rodzice Rodzice mogą zaprosić inne osoby do rodziny. Zaproszenie przychodzi e-mailem jako magiczny link.

1. Dotknij Rodzina na dole.
2. Dotknij + i wprowadź e-mail i imię nowego członka.
3. Wyślij zaproszenie. Członek otrzyma e-mail z linkiem do logowania.
4. Dzieci mogą dołączyć bez e-maila przez kod QR na stronie parowania.

Tylko rodzice Parents can revoke access for a member who no longer belongs in the family.

1. Dotknij Rodzina na dole.
2. Tap the member you want to manage.
3. Wybierz Odbierz dostęp lub Usuń członka całkowicie i potwierdź.

Rodzina Plus A token is a secure key that lets Home Assistant connect to the app — without sharing your login.

1. Under Settings, open Service tokens (integrations).
2. Tap Create token.
3. Wprowadź nazwę, zostaw typ Home Assistant i uprawnienie Tylko do odczytu.
4. Token zostanie wyświetlony tylko raz — dotknij Kopiuj i zapisz go w bezpiecznym miejscu.

Rodzina Plus Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another assistant to your family's shopping, tasks, and notes.

Sign-in happens via OAuth — never copy a secret key into chat. Loyalty cards (HugoCards) via AI aren't available yet.

1. In Settings open Integrations.
2. In ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → add an MCP server with address https://hugofamily.app/mcp/
3. In Claude: Settings → Integrations → add the same MCP server address.
4. In Cursor: in MCP configuration, add a remote server at https://hugofamily.app/mcp/
5. Sign in as a parent and choose read-only if you don't want the assistant to change data.

Home Assistant łączy się z HugoFamily przez token usługi i oficjalną integrację. Podstawowy adres usługi to https://hugofamily.app.

1. Create a read-only token as described above.
2. W Home Assistant dodaj integrację HugoFamily (oficjalny pakiet HACS w drodze).
3. Enter the token and service URL. After pairing you'll see entities for shopping and tasks.
