Bienvenue sur HugoFamily

The app uses no passwords. Instead it emails you a secure link — you tap it and you're in.

1. Ouvrez la page de connexion et saisissez votre e-mail.
2. Appuyez sur Envoyer le lien.
3. Ouvrez l'e-mail sur le même appareil et appuyez sur le lien.
4. Done — you're signed in. The link is short-lived and works only once.

Besides the magic link you can use a passkey — Face ID, a fingerprint, or a security key. Setup happens inside the app.

1. Open Me → Add a passkey.
2. Read the short explanation and tap Add passkey.
3. Confirmez dans le dialogue système (Face ID / empreinte / PIN).
4. After saving you return to your profile. You can remove the key anytime in the same section.

You can save the app to your home screen as an icon — it then opens full-screen, just like a normal app.

Easiest way: in the app open Me and tap Add to Home Screen. On Android the install prompt appears right away; on iPhone a short guide walks you through adding it via Safari.

Get alerts for new tasks, shopping-list changes, and family events — even when the app is closed. You turn notifications on yourself.

1. Ouvrez Moi (profil).
2. Dans la section Notifications, appuyez sur Activer les notifications et confirmez dans le dialogue système.
3. Choose notification types and optional quiet hours — times use the family timezone (set by a parent under Settings).

Vous avez deux listes : Quotidien pour les courses rapides et Hebdomadaire pour les grandes courses avec un planning de magasins.

1. En bas, choisissez Quotidien ou Hebdomadaire.
2. Appuyez sur le grand bouton + en bas à droite.
3. Type what you need. You can add a quantity, price, and store.
4. Save with Add. After buying, check it off by swiping or tapping Bought.

Family and above Tasks help the family remember what needs doing — with a due date, priority, and the person in charge.

1. Appuyez sur Tâches en bas.
2. Appuyez sur + en bas à droite.
3. Type the task title. Optionally add a description, due date, priority, category, and who it's for.
4. Save with Add task. Mark it done later with Done ✓.

Parents uniquement Parents can manage the category list shown when creating and filtering tasks.

1. Under Settings, open Manage task categories.
2. Add a new category with +, or choose Edit on an existing one.
3. When a category is deleted, tasks stay in the family and simply become uncategorized.

Family and above A family wallet for loyalty cards — securely stored codes, camera scan, and a large barcode at checkout. Managed by parents.

1. On the home screen open the HugoCards module or go from the shopping list.
2. Un parent ajoute une carte manuellement ou via Scanner la carte.
3. At checkout tap the card and show the full-screen barcode.

Famille Plus Shared colour sticky notes — a short message for the whole family, pin on the home screen, optional expiry.

1. On the home screen open the HugoNotes module.
2. Tap +, write a short message, and pick a colour.
3. You can pin a note to the home screen or set an expiry date.

Famille Plus Meal ideas from the whole family, a parent-controlled weekly plan, and ingredients to shopping after you confirm.

1. Open the HugoMeals module on the home screen.
2. Add a meal idea; others can vote.
3. Parents plan the week and, after confirming, send ingredients to shopping.

Family and above A personal journal for measurements and notes — weight trends, goals, and calm charts. Not a medical app.

1. Open the HugoJournal module and add an entry (e.g. weight).
2. In trends, follow the charts and set a goal.
3. Adults also get a private intimate section — encrypted, off the charts; children have no access.

Famille Plus Weekly pocket-money ritual: kids check off help, parents close and review the week — then assign a free-form amount.

1. Un parent ouvre HugoPocket et configure les tâches de base (ou suit le guide).
2. During the week, kids mark completed help and can add one-off extras.
3. The parent closes the week, reviews, and assigns pocket money — then the week is locked.

HugoFamily propose trois formules. Un parent les gère dans Paramètres.

• Gratuit — liste de courses quotidienne et hebdomadaire, jusqu'à deux magasins, deux membres.
• Famille — tasks, loyalty cards, HugoJournal, offline reading, and more members.
• Famille Plus — HugoNotes, HugoMeals, HugoPocket, offline writing, AI plugin, Home Assistant, and more.

Upgrade or manage your subscription under Settings → Subscription and plan. Locked modules on the home screen lead to the plans overview.

After installing to your home screen, HugoFamily can work without a network — depending on your plan.

• Family and above — offline read of recently opened lists, cards, and notes.
• Famille Plus — offline write (mark items bought, complete tasks) and queue management in Settings.

Les parents gèrent la file d'attente des modifications en attente dans Paramètres → File hors ligne.

Parents uniquement Les parents peuvent inviter d'autres personnes dans la famille. L'invitation arrive par e-mail sous forme de lien magique.

1. Appuyez sur Famille en bas.
2. Appuyez sur + et saisissez l'e-mail et le nom du nouveau membre.
3. Envoyez l'invitation. Le membre reçoit un e-mail avec un lien de connexion.
4. Les enfants peuvent se connecter sans e-mail via un QR code sur la page d'appairage.

Parents uniquement Parents can revoke access for a member who no longer belongs in the family.

1. Appuyez sur Famille en bas.
2. Tap the member you want to manage.
3. Choose Revoke access or Delete member completely and confirm.

Famille Plus A token is a secure key that lets Home Assistant connect to the app — without sharing your login.

1. Under Settings, open Service tokens (integrations).
2. Tap Create token.
3. Saisissez un nom, conservez le type Home Assistant et l'autorisation Lecture seule.
4. The token is shown only once — tap Copy and store it somewhere safe.

Famille Plus Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another assistant to your family's shopping, tasks, and notes.

Sign-in happens via OAuth — never copy a secret key into chat. Loyalty cards (HugoCards) via AI aren't available yet.

1. In Settings open Integrations.
2. In ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → add an MCP server with address https://hugofamily.app/mcp/
3. In Claude: Settings → Integrations → add the same MCP server address.
4. In Cursor: in MCP configuration, add a remote server at https://hugofamily.app/mcp/
5. Sign in as a parent and choose read-only if you don't want the assistant to change data.

Home Assistant connects to HugoFamily via a service token and the official integration. The service base URL is https://hugofamily.app.

1. Create a read-only token as described above.
2. In Home Assistant add the HugoFamily integration (official HACS package on the way).
3. Enter the token and service URL. After pairing you'll see entities for shopping and tasks.
