Espacios familiares privados

Cada familia tiene su propio espacio separado. Nunca mezclamos los datos de una familia con los de otra, y no rastreamos nada entre familias.

Niños y acceso

Children can join safely — they connect via a simple QR code, with no email and no password. Parents stay in control and decide who sees and can do what.

Passwordless sign-in

Instead of passwords we use magic links and passkeys (Face ID, fingerprint). There's nothing to forget and nothing to steal.

Plugin de IA HugoFamily

Connecting ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor via the HugoFamily AI plugin (MCP) is optional and part of Family Plus. The core app works fully without it.

The private intimate journal (HugoIntimate) is a separate Family Plus module — encrypted, separate from HugoJournal, off journal charts, and unavailable to children.

Conectar Calendario de Google es opcional (Familia Plus). Creamos solo un calendario HugoFamily en esa cuenta; no escribimos en el calendario personal principal. Al desconectar, ese calendario se queda en Google.

Propiedad de los datos

Tus datos son tuyos. Solo guardamos lo necesario para que la app funcione. Una familia puede exportar sus datos (JSON) o eliminar la cuenta familiar completa en cualquier momento — directamente desde ajustes.

The free tier is free forever while your family keeps using it. If a free family is inactive for 2 months, we warn you by email first and then permanently delete it, so we don't keep data nobody is using.

No compartimos los datos y nadie ajeno tiene acceso

We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone else for their own purposes — no advertising networks, no data brokers. We don't employ staff or hire anyone who has access to your personal data.

To run the Service we use only strictly necessary providers (running the app, sending emails, and for paid plans payments via Paddle), who act only on our instructions. We process all data within the EU/EEA and don't transfer it outside the EU/EEA.

When we contact you

We write to you only for essential service messages (sign-in links, important notices), when you request support, and — only if you opt in — occasionally with news about a new version or planned maintenance. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Seguridad

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), sign-in is passwordless, and every family is separate. We treat security as part of the calm we want to bring families.

Accesibilidad

We design HugoFamily so that as many families as possible can use it, including families with accessibility needs. We care about readable screens, sufficient contrast, keyboard control, and clear language.
