Bienvenido a HugoFamily

The app uses no passwords. Instead it emails you a secure link — you tap it and you're in.

1. Open the sign-in page and type your email.
2. Toca Enviar enlace.
3. Abre el correo en el mismo dispositivo y toca el enlace.
4. Done — you're signed in. The link is short-lived and works only once.

Besides the magic link you can use a passkey — Face ID, a fingerprint, or a security key. Setup happens inside the app.

1. Abre Yo → Añadir clave de acceso.
2. Read the short explanation and tap Add passkey.
3. Confirm in the system dialog (Face ID / fingerprint / PIN).
4. After saving you return to your profile. You can remove the key anytime in the same section.

Puedes guardar la app en tu pantalla de inicio como un icono — entonces se abre a pantalla completa como cualquier app.

Easiest way: in the app open Me and tap Add to Home Screen. On Android the install prompt appears right away; on iPhone a short guide walks you through adding it via Safari.

Get alerts for new tasks, shopping-list changes, and family events — even when the app is closed. You turn notifications on yourself.

1. Abre Yo (tu perfil).
2. In the Notifications section tap Enable notifications and confirm in the system dialog.
3. Choose notification types and optional quiet hours — times use the family timezone (set by a parent under Settings).

There are two lists: Daily for quick shopping and Weekly for the big shop with a store plan.

1. Abajo elige Diaria o Semanal.
2. Tap the big + button at the bottom-right.

4. Save with Add. After buying, check it off by swiping or tapping Bought.

Familia y superior Tasks help the family remember what needs doing — with a due date, priority, and the person in charge.

1. Toca Tareas abajo.
2. Toca + abajo a la derecha.
3. Type the task title. Optionally add a description, due date, priority, category, and who it's for.
4. Save with Add task. Mark it done later with Done ✓.

Solo padres Parents can manage the category list shown when creating and filtering tasks.

1. Under Settings, open Manage task categories.
2. Add a new category with +, or choose Edit on an existing one.
3. When a category is deleted, tasks stay in the family and simply become uncategorized.

Familia Plus Con Familia Plus verás tus tareas con fecha en el calendario que ya usas. Añades y completas las tareas en HugoFamily; el calendario del teléfono es una vista. Each family member manages their own subscription.

1. Arriba a la derecha, pulsa Yo (tu avatar). Abre Integración de calendario.
2. Tap + and choose Calendar subscription. Create a subscription (for example iPhone) with Create subscription. Tap Add to Apple Calendar, Add to Google Calendar, or Add to Outlook. The link stays hidden — the calendar app on your phone will open it.
3. En el calendario verás eventos de todo el día: solo tus tareas abiertas con fecha. Sin fecha no aparecen. Tampoco las de otros miembros.
4. Una tarea completada en HugoFamily desaparece del calendario. Apple y Google actualizan la suscripción por su cuenta: a veces tarda decenas de minutos.

Opcionalmente puedes conectar Google en lugar de suscribirte: HugoFamily escribe entonces las tareas en su propio calendario de Google.

1. Tap + and choose Connect Google Calendar, then allow access. HugoFamily will create a Google calendar named HugoFamily — not your personal primary calendar.
2. Las tareas con fecha que te pertenecen aparecen ahí. Cambiar el título o la fecha en HugoFamily actualiza el mismo evento. Completar o eliminar la tarea quita el evento del calendario visible (normalmente en unos instantes).
3. Desconectar Calendario de Google detiene más cambios. El calendario HugoFamily en Google permanece — puedes borrarlo tú en Google si quieres.

Or you connect a CalDAV account — the HugoFamily calendar in Apple Calendar on iPhone and Mac. Each device has its own key.

1. Tap + and choose Add CalDAV account. Enter server calendar.hugofamily.app, the username, and the password that is shown only now.
2. Name the key after the device (for example iPhone). Later you revoke only that key by name if the phone is lost.
3. Another device (MacBook) gets a new key — we do not show the password from the first device again. At most 5 keys.
4. Revoking the last key or Disconnect CalDAV account signs the whole account off. Tasks in HugoFamily stay.

Familia y superior A family wallet for loyalty cards — securely stored codes, camera scan, and a large barcode at checkout. Managed by parents.

1. On the home screen open the HugoCards module or go from the shopping list.
2. Un padre añade una tarjeta manualmente o mediante Escanear tarjeta.
3. At checkout tap the card and show the full-screen barcode.

Familia Plus Shared colour sticky notes — a short message for the whole family, pin on the home screen, optional expiry.

1. On the home screen open the HugoNotes module.
2. Toca +, escribe un mensaje corto y elige un color.
3. You can pin a note to the home screen or set an expiry date.

Familia Plus Ideas de comidas de toda la familia, plan semanal bajo control de los padres e ingredientes a la compra tras confirmar.

1. Open the HugoMeals module on the home screen.
2. Add a meal idea; others can vote.
3. Parents plan the week and, after confirming, send ingredients to shopping.

Familia Plus Solo padres El menú escolar de Strava.cz. Hugo solo lo muestra — nunca cambia los pedidos.

1. En Ajustes, abre Comedor (HugoCanteen).
2. Añade una cuenta: número de comedor, usuario y contraseña de Strava.cz. Asígnala a un niño.
3. Hugo comprueba el acceso. Nunca cambia los pedidos del comedor — solo lee el menú.
4. Tras conectar, abre Comedor en la pantalla de inicio — esta semana y la siguiente. Un padre actualiza con Actualizar.
5. Un niño con cuenta asignada ve solo su menú y la franja en la pantalla de inicio.

Familia y superior A personal journal for measurements and notes — weight trends, goals, cycle, and calm charts. Not a medical app. Intimate activities have their own HugoIntimate module.

1. Open the HugoJournal module and add an entry (e.g. weight).
2. In trends, follow the charts and set a goal.
3. Find period logging and cycle estimates under Cycle — a strip plus a 30-day window; you can offer a partner read-only access from that page.
4. Puedes cancelar el uso compartido en cualquier momento. El ciclo no se ofrece a los niños de esta forma.

Familia Plus Un diario íntimo privado, separado de HugoJournal — actividades cifradas, cronómetro y resumen solo para ti. Compartir el ciclo con un adulto ya funciona: lo ofreces en HugoJournal → Ciclo; tras aceptarlo, lo ve aquí en la inicio de Intimate (solo lectura).

1. Open the HugoIntimate module on the home screen (Family Plus plan).
2. Start a session with the stopwatch or add an entry; children cannot access it.
3. Entries do not appear in HugoJournal or on journal charts.
4. You track your cycle in HugoJournal → Cycle. You can offer read-only access to one adult in the family — after they accept, they see it in HugoIntimate (home + expandable calendar).

Familia Plus Freezer memory — write a number on the bag; Hugo remembers what’s inside, how old it is, and where it is.

1. Open HugoFreezer and go through the short wizard (freezers, places, categories).
2. Put a package in: write the large number on the bag and fill in what you know.
3. Take out by number or browse the inventory — older items show on the home card.

Familia Plus Ritual semanal de la paga: los niños marcan la ayuda, los padres cierran y valoran la semana — y asignan un importe libre.

1. A parent opens HugoPocket and sets core tasks (or follows the guide).
2. Durante la semana los niños marcan la ayuda hecha y pueden añadir tareas extra puntuales.
3. Un padre cierra la semana. Si hay más semanas pendientes de evaluar, Hugo abre la más antigua.
4. Evalúa y asigna la paga — la semana se bloquea. La entrega se marca con Entregar recompensa (estado Entregado).

HugoFamily tiene tres planes. Un padre los gestiona en Ajustes.

• Gratis — lista de la compra diaria y semanal, hasta dos tiendas, dos miembros.
• Familia — tasks, loyalty cards, HugoJournal, offline reading, and more members.
• Familia Plus — HugoNotes, HugoMeals, Comedor (HugoCanteen), HugoIntimate, HugoFreezer, HugoPocket, calendario del teléfono, escritura sin conexión, plugin de IA, Home Assistant y más.

Upgrade or manage your subscription under Settings → Subscription and plan. Locked modules on the home screen lead to the plans overview.

After installing to your home screen, HugoFamily can work without a network — depending on your plan.

• Familia y superior — offline reading of recently opened lists, cards, notes, journal, and freezer (depending on plan and enabled modules).
• Familia Plus — offline write (shopping, tasks, journal, intimate entries, notes, pocket money) and queue management in Settings. Freezer writes are online-only for now.

Parents manage the pending-change queue under Settings → Offline queue.

Solo padres Parents can invite other people into the family. The invitation arrives by email as a magic link.

1. Toca Familia abajo.
2. Toca + y escribe el correo y nombre del nuevo miembro.
3. Send the invitation. The member receives an email with a sign-in link.
4. Children can join without email via a QR code on the pairing page.

Solo padres Los padres pueden revocar el acceso a un miembro que ya no pertenece a la familia.

3. Elige Revocar acceso o Eliminar miembro por completo y confirma.

Familia Plus A token is a secure key that lets Home Assistant connect to the app — without sharing your login.

1. En Ajustes abre Tokens de servicio (integraciones).
2. Toca Crear token.
3. Enter a name, keep type Home Assistant and Read-only permission.
4. The token is shown only once — tap Copy and store it somewhere safe.

Familia Plus Conecta ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor u otro asistente con las compras, tareas, notas, menús, diario, congelador y paga (lectura) de tu familia.

El acceso usa OAuth — nunca pegues una clave secreta en el chat. HugoCards, HugoIntimate y el comedor no están disponibles por el plugin de IA.

1. En Ajustes abre Integraciones.
2. In ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → add an MCP server with address https://hugofamily.app/mcp/
3. In Claude: Settings → Integrations → add the same MCP server address.
4. In Cursor: in MCP configuration, add a remote server at https://hugofamily.app/mcp/
5. Sign in as a parent and choose read-only if you don't want the assistant to change data.

Home Assistant connects to HugoFamily via a service token and the official integration. The service base URL is https://hugofamily.app.

1. Create a read-only token as described above.
2. In Home Assistant add the HugoFamily integration (official HACS package on the way).
3. Introduce el token y la dirección del servicio. Tras conectar verás compras, tareas y otros módulos activados.
