Benvenuto in HugoFamily

The app uses no passwords. Instead it emails you a secure link — you tap it and you're in.

1. Open the sign-in page and type your email.
2. Tocca Invia link.
3. Apri l'e-mail sullo stesso dispositivo e tocca il link.
4. Done — you're signed in. The link is short-lived and works only once.

Oltre al link magico puoi usare una passkey — Face ID, impronta o chiave di sicurezza. La configurazione avviene nell'app.

1. Apri Io → Aggiungi una passkey.
2. Leggi la breve spiegazione e tocca Aggiungi passkey.
3. Confirm in the system dialog (Face ID / fingerprint / PIN).
4. After saving you return to your profile. You can remove the key anytime in the same section.

You can save the app to your home screen as an icon — it then opens full-screen, just like a normal app.

Il modo più semplice: nell'app apri Io e tocca Aggiungi alla schermata Home. Su Android compare subito la richiesta di installazione; su iPhone una breve guida ti accompagna tramite Safari.

Get alerts for new tasks, shopping-list changes, and family events — even when the app is closed. You turn notifications on yourself.

1. Apri Io (il tuo profilo).
2. Nella sezione Notifiche tocca Attiva notifiche e conferma nella finestra di sistema.
3. Scegli i tipi di notifica e, se vuoi, le ore silenziose — gli orari usano il fuso della famiglia (impostato da un genitore in Impostazioni).

Hai due liste: Giornaliero per la spesa veloce e Settimanale per la spesa grande con piano negozi.

1. In basso scegli Giornaliero o Settimanale.
2. Tocca il grande pulsante + in basso a destra.
3. Type what you need. You can add a quantity, price, and store.
4. Salva con Aggiungi. Dopo l'acquisto segna l'articolo scorrendo o toccando Comprato.

Family and above Tasks help the family remember what needs doing — with a due date, priority, and the person in charge.

1. In basso tocca Attività.
2. Tocca + in basso a destra.
3. Type the task title. Optionally add a description, due date, priority, category, and who it's for.
4. Salva con Aggiungi un'attività. Segnala come fatta con Completa ✓.

Parents only Parents can manage the category list shown when creating and filtering tasks.

1. In Impostazioni apri Gestisci categorie attività.
2. Aggiungi una nuova categoria con +, oppure su una esistente scegli Modifica.
3. Le attività restano nella famiglia, ma saranno senza categoria.

Family and above A family wallet for loyalty cards — securely stored codes, camera scan, and a large barcode at checkout. Managed by parents.

1. Nella schermata home apri il modulo HugoCards oppure passa dalla lista della spesa.
2. Un genitore aggiunge una tessera a mano o tramite Scansiona tessera.
3. At checkout tap the card and show the full-screen barcode.

Famiglia Plus Note adesive colorate condivise — un breve messaggio per tutta la famiglia, fissaggio sulla home, scadenza opzionale.

1. Nella schermata home apri il modulo HugoNotes.
2. Tocca +, scrivi un breve messaggio e scegli un colore.
3. You can pin a note to the home screen or set an expiry date.

Famiglia Plus Idee di pasti da tutta la famiglia, piano settimanale sotto controllo dei genitori e ingredienti in spesa dopo conferma.

1. Apri il modulo HugoMeals nella schermata home.
2. Aggiungi un'idea di pasto; gli altri possono votare.
3. I genitori pianificano la settimana e, dopo la conferma, inviano gli ingredienti alla spesa.

Family and above Un diario personale di misure e note — andamenti del peso, obiettivi e grafici calmi. Non è un'app medica.

1. Apri il modulo HugoJournal e aggiungi una voce (es. il peso).
2. Nei trend segui i grafici e imposta un obiettivo.
3. Gli adulti hanno anche una sezione intima privata — crittografata, fuori dai grafici; i bambini non ci accedono.

Famiglia Plus Rituale settimanale della paghetta: i bambini segnano l'aiuto, i genitori chiudono e valutano la settimana — e assegnano un importo libero.

1. Un genitore apre HugoPocket e imposta i compiti di base (o segue la guida).
2. Durante la settimana i bambini segnano l'aiuto svolto e possono aggiungere compiti extra una tantum.
3. Il genitore chiude la settimana, valuta e assegna la paghetta — poi la settimana è bloccata.

HugoFamily has three plans. A parent manages them in Settings.

• Gratis — lista della spesa giornaliera e settimanale, fino a due negozi, due membri.
• Famiglia — attività, tessere fedeltà, HugoJournal, lettura offline e più membri.
• Famiglia Plus — HugoNotes, HugoMeals, HugoPocket, scrittura offline, plugin IA, Home Assistant e altro.

Upgrade o gestione dell'abbonamento in Impostazioni → Abbonamento e piano. I moduli bloccati nella home portano alla panoramica dei piani.

After installing to your home screen, HugoFamily can work without a network — depending on your plan.

• Family and above — offline read of recently opened lists, cards, and notes.
• Famiglia Plus — offline write (mark items bought, complete tasks) and queue management in Settings.

I genitori gestiscono la coda delle modifiche in attesa in Impostazioni → Coda offline.

Parents only Parents can invite other people into the family. The invitation arrives by email as a magic link.

1. In basso tocca Famiglia.
2. Tocca + e inserisci e-mail e nome del nuovo membro.
3. Send the invitation. The member receives an email with a sign-in link.
4. Children can join without email via a QR code on the pairing page.

Parents only Parents can revoke access for a member who no longer belongs in the family.

1. In basso tocca Famiglia.
2. Tap the member you want to manage.
3. Scegli Revoca accesso o Elimina membro completamente e conferma.

Famiglia Plus A token is a secure key that lets Home Assistant connect to the app — without sharing your login.

1. In Impostazioni apri Token di servizio (integrazioni).
2. Tocca Crea token.
3. Enter a name, keep type Home Assistant and Read-only permission.
4. Il token viene mostrato una sola volta — tocca Copia e conservalo in un posto sicuro.

Famiglia Plus Collega ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor o un altro assistente a spesa, attività e note della tua famiglia.

L'accesso avviene tramite OAuth — non copiare mai una chiave segreta nella chat. Le carte fedeltà (HugoCards) tramite IA non sono ancora disponibili.

1. In Impostazioni apri Integrazioni.
2. In ChatGPT: Impostazioni → Connectors → aggiungi server MCP con indirizzo https://hugofamily.app/mcp/
3. In Claude: Impostazioni → Integrazioni → aggiungi lo stesso indirizzo del server MCP.
4. In Cursor: nella configurazione MCP aggiungi un server remoto su https://hugofamily.app/mcp/
5. Accedi come genitore e scegli Solo lettura se l'assistente non deve modificare dati.

Home Assistant si collega a HugoFamily tramite un token di servizio e l'integrazione ufficiale. L'URL di base del servizio è https://hugofamily.app.

1. Create a read-only token as described above.
2. In Home Assistant add the HugoFamily integration (official HACS package on the way).
3. Enter the token and service URL. After pairing you'll see entities for shopping and tasks.
